Mango Avocado Salsa
I wouldn’t presume to say I can make authentic Mexican food. But I can make pretty delicious Mexican inspired food. This salsa is so versatile, eat it with tortilla chips, pair it with seafood, top it over a skirt steak, you can’t go wrong! Plus, it only takes 10 minutes to make. I paired it with fried shrimp and served it over salad, absolutely perfect.
Mango Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
- ½ onion (finely minced)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
Instructions
- Prep all the ingredients, and combine it into a bowl
- Add the lime juice and add a bit of lime zest for zing (careful not to get any of the whites to avoid any bitterness)
- Mix well and cover with cling wrap, refrigerate until serving
