Mango Avocado Salsa

Published by Harriet on

I wouldn’t presume to say I can make authentic Mexican food.  But I can make pretty delicious Mexican inspired food.  This salsa is so versatile, eat it with tortilla chips, pair it with seafood, top it over a skirt steak, you can’t go wrong!  Plus, it only takes 10 minutes to make.  I paired it with fried shrimp and served it over salad, absolutely perfect.

Mango Avocado Salsa

When mangos are in season, definitely gotta make this salsa, it’s easy to make, and complements any kind of protein beautifully.
