Korean Jjolmyeon Chewy Noodle Sauce

Tangy and spicy, this sauce makes great noodles.  As an no-carb alternative, I mix it with shredded chicken and top it on a salad.

Korean Jjolmyeon Chewy Noodles Sauce

Spicy and tangy, perfect sauce for summer noodles

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar can substitute w rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (hot pepper flakes)
  • 2 tbsp agave can substitute w corn syrup or sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed

Instructions

  • Combine all, mix well
  • Alternatively, you can combine all except garlic and toasted sesame seed and store it in the fridge to use on a really lazy day.
