Korean Jjolmyeon Chewy Noodle Sauce
Tangy and spicy, this sauce makes great noodles. As an no-carb alternative, I mix it with shredded chicken and top it on a salad.
Korean Jjolmyeon Chewy Noodles Sauce
Spicy and tangy, perfect sauce for summer noodles
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- ¼ cup gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar can substitute w rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochugaru (hot pepper flakes)
- 2 tbsp agave can substitute w corn syrup or sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed
Instructions
- Combine all, mix well
- Alternatively, you can combine all except garlic and toasted sesame seed and store it in the fridge to use on a really lazy day.
