海南雞飯

外派到星馬一年幾,海南雞飯都應該係我食得最多架啦,絕對係星馬食品中既最愛。其中天天雞飯就係公司附近,所以對雞飯既要求都頗高。雖然自己係屋企無辦法達到個種極致,但係都絕對可以一過口癮。 用sous vide真空處理確保雞肉嫩滑,用電飯煲煮飯,再用電動攪碎機整辣醬,自製海南雞飯無難度

紅燒茄子

自細都唔鍾意食茄子,好難解釋,總之就唔鍾意。雖然屋企唔准揀飲擇食,但係我依然會好曳咁揀茄子側邊嗰啲肉食。但係我宜家已經係全新既我,宜家去買餸見到有光澤、無瘀既茄子都會忍唔住買。呢個茄子又容易整,又好味,最好既係,好易整! 都唔知係上海菜定係廣東菜,不過無論係咩菜,總之就係好菜!

椒鹽豬扒

好少係屋企煮椒鹽豬扒,感覺好似好複雜咁,但係最多分到一件,手快可能可以食多件。其實都唔係太難,係要醃至少四個鐘,如果唔係豬扒就唔入味。 經典廣東菜,雖然感覺小小熱氣,但係偶爾一次無妨。
