Brussels Sprouts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brussels sprouts has such a bad name.\u00a0 If you insist on cooking them until they&#8217;re mushy and soggy, leaving only the bitter taste, then I guess you are never going to like them.\u00a0 Best way is to deep fry it in really high heat, they become crispy there is no bitterness.\u00a0 Dipped in sriracha mayo, super yum!\u00a0 But, deep frying is messy, so delicious as it is, it&#8217;s not my preferred way of cooking it at home.<\/p>\n<p>I used this roast it in the oven, but most times it gets a little too soft for my taste.\u00a0 Well, once I found this, I will never go back to oven roasting my Brussels sprouts!\u00a0 This is a quicker, more delicious way of cooking Brussels sprouts.\u00a0 I mean, 10 minutes, and voil\u00e0!<\/p>\n<div
