Pan Fried Tofu w Spicy Sauce 두부부침양념장
I love tofu, loooooove tofu. I have yet to find a Asian tofu dish I didn’t like. Unfortunately, I have to quantify it, nowadays, they always try to serve you fried tofu, dry and tough as a protein substitute. No, I don’t like those, I love it when it’s prepared properly. Most favorite tofu to stock is the soft tofu, it’s versatile enough to use in stews, but still firm enough to deep fry and hold it’s shape.
For the longest time, I would only get this at Korean restaurants, or the Korean grocers near me. Well, never again! It only takes 10 minutes to cut, prep and fry the tofu, max 15 minutes if you’re slow.
