Pan Fried Tofu w Spicy Sauce 두부부침양념장
A commonly found side dish at Korean restaurants. Serve it with a meal, make it for a snack.

pack
soft tofu
toasted sesame seeds
(optional)
Sauce
2
clove
minced garlic
1
stalk
chopped green onion
2
tsp
hot pepper flakes
2
tsp
honey
(or sugar)
2
tbsp
soy sauce
2
tsp
sesame oil
Instructions
Drain tofu, wipe dry with paper towel, cut into 1cm thick pieces
Heat a large pan and add 2 tbsp oil
Add the tofu and turn down the heat. Fry it for 5-7minutes until the tofu becomes golden
Carefully turn the tofu over, and fry for another 5 minutes, until it's golden, plate
While the tofu is frying, make the sauce by combining everything into a small bowl
Spoon the sauce over the tofu, make sure each pieces has some, and sprinkle on the toasted sesame seed
