Bang Bang Sauce 棒棒雞醬
This sauce is soooo banging! The name comes from people banging on the chicken to make it tender, 棒 (bang) is the word for a stick or a club. Bang Bang Chicken is a Sichuan dish, which encompasses numb, spice, sour, sweet, fresh, savory and fragrant, 6 flavors. Bang Bang Chicken is a cold dish, cook the chicken, cool, shred it, and mix with the sauce. I make it with store-bought roast chicken, just make the sauce, dinner in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chili oil Judy's secret recipe is best
- 2 tbsp sesame sauce can substitute w peanut butter
- 1½ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ tbsp rice wine vinegar can substitute white vinegar
- sesame oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chicken stock boiled
- ½ tsp szechuan peppercorn powder optional

- Combine everything in a bowl, mix well
