Bang Bang Sauce 棒棒雞醬
Delicious sauce that's used to make bang bang chicken, but you can use it to make it as salad dressing, eat it with noodles.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chili oil Judy's secret recipe is best
- 2 tbsp sesame sauce can substitute w peanut butter
- 1½ tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ tbsp rice wine vinegar can substitute white vinegar
- sesame oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chicken stock boiled
- ½ tsp szechuan peppercorn powder optional
