紅燒茄子

自細都唔鍾意食茄子,好難解釋,總之就唔鍾意。雖然屋企唔准揀飲擇食,但係我依然會好曳咁揀茄子側邊嗰啲肉食。但係我宜家已經係全新既我,宜家去買餸見到有光澤、無瘀既茄子都會忍唔住買。呢個茄子又容易整,又好味,最好既係,好易整!

都唔知係上海菜定係廣東菜,不過無論係咩菜,總之就係好菜!

  • 1 茶匙 薑蓉
  • 3 蒜蓉
  • 1 蔥花 分開蔥綠做裝飾

  • 水加1茶匙鹽、1湯匙白醋浸切
