Red Bean Paste

Published by Harriet on

This fantastic paste can be used to make a sign style buns, Chinese or Japanese deserts, and it’s super easy with a Instant Pot pressure cooker.

You can make a smooth paste by passing the finished paste through a sieve, it’s a lot a lot of work, but it’s worth it.  (But I’ve found I love the skin to the red bean since it means so much less work)

Red Bean Paste

Never buy canned red bean paste again. This only takes actual 5 minutes of work, and the pressure cooker does the rest for you.
