Instructions
Into the Instant pot, add red bean and water, set it to cook under the Bean function (high pressure, 30 minutes)
Natural release if you’re not under a time crunch
Drain the beans and return it back to the pot.
Set it to Sauté function, add the sugar, stir fry until the sugar is dissolved and the beans become a paste
Cool and use it in whatever recipe that calls for red bean paste
